Approach

A rigorous method, from the first conversation to execution.

Whether you lead an SME or a financial institution, the method is the same: understand before recommending, cost before deciding, and stay with you through execution.

Three phases

  1. 01

    Clarify

The issues, constraints, risks and decisions to be made. Facts come first, before any recommendation.

  2. 02

    Structure

The options, trajectory, governance and priorities, costed and agreed with leadership.

  3. 03

    Execute

Support for delivery, or leading it, through to the expected results.

How an engagement unfolds

  1. 01

    A first conversation

To understand your context, constraints and priorities, and confirm that Monessor is the right partner.

  2. 02

    The entry offer

The IT Maturity Diagnostic for SMEs, or the IT Governance Review for financial institutions and FinTechs. Scope, duration and price are set in advance.

  3. 03

    A roadmap

Costed priorities and clear decisions, presented to your leadership team or board.

  4. 04

    Deliver a first concrete gain

A custom tool or a targeted deliverable drawn from the roadmap, for a quick result; then, if you wish, fractional IT leadership.

Engagement model

Fixed-scope packages

Diagnostic, review, custom software solution, vendor selection: deliverables, duration and price are agreed before the engagement starts.

Monthly engagement

Fractional IT leadership, about one day a week, adjustable to your needs.

No commissions. No software resale.

Monessor takes no vendor commissions and resells no licences. It is paid by its clients only, so its recommendations serve no interest but yours.

What Monessor is not

  • A development agency billing projects by the hour, or an engineering subcontractor. Monessor delivers targeted tools, at a fixed price, and you own the code.
  • A software or licence reseller (SaaS, ERP).
  • A law firm or an accounting audit firm.

Who leads engagements

Every engagement is led personally by Alex Turcotte, Managing Partner. When an engagement calls for highly specialized expertise, Monessor brings in a specialist from its network.
