I work as a CTO / CPTO alongside executive teams facing complex technology, product, and organizational challenges. Monessor is the framework through which I operate this practice.
My work often focuses on restoring clarity where complexity has accumulated: unclear priorities, misunderstood technical debt, or tension between short-term delivery and long-term sustainability. I help executive teams frame the right trade-offs, surface real risks, and translate strategic intent into execution plans that teams can actually deliver against.
Between 2018 and 2021, I also held senior product leadership roles as Product Lead and Squad Lead, with full accountability for the definition, delivery, and adoption of digital products used by key participants in capital markets. That experience continues to shape how I work today: technology only creates value when it is grounded in real user needs, explicit choices, and shared understanding.
I am known for a calm, structured, and pragmatic leadership style, particularly effective in periods of transition, modernization, or constrained growth. I work closely with executive leaders, product leadership, and engineering teams to build organizations that can deliver sustainably, without compromising quality, trust, or long-term impact.
