Alex Turcotte leads the Monessor practice as a CTO / CPTO for executive teams navigating complex technology, product, and organizational challenges. The practice combines senior leadership with an agile ecosystem of specialists to structure and deliver mandates with rigor.
Drawing on more than twenty years of experience at the intersection of technology, product, and governance, Alex works primarily in organizations where platforms are critical, regulatory constraints are significant, and technology decisions are tightly linked to business outcomes. The role is to bring clarity where complexity has accumulated: unclear priorities, misunderstood technical debt, tensions between short-term delivery and long-term sustainability, or the evaluation of artificial intelligence and automation opportunities in settings where compliance and governance are non-negotiable.
Between 2018 and 2021, Alex held product leadership roles as Product Lead and Squad Lead, with full responsibility for defining, delivering, and scaling digital products used by key participants in financial markets. That experience continues to shape his approach: technology only creates value when it serves clear, shared, and well-understood use cases.
He is known for a calm, structured, and pragmatic leadership style, particularly useful in contexts of transition, modernization, or constrained growth. Monessor draws on a network of seasoned experts and specialized partners to mobilize the right capabilities according to the nature and scale of the challenge.
